May will be here before we know it and with that comes our kindergarten screening dates! Each Royal Oak elementary school has a screening day for all incoming kindergarten students. This screening takes place at the ECC. Please be on the look-out for information regarding when and how to sign your child up for their developmental screening day. The screening sign up was emailed from Anne Pallischeck and only sent to families registered for kindergarten.

 

On the day of the your child for screening and we will escort your child from their preschool classroom to the Grey Elephant Room. The elementary staff will work with your child for the screener and we will escort them back to class! If you have any questions or have not received an email about scheduling your screening, please contact your elementary building.

Addams: May 12th

Keller: May 18th

Northwood: May 7th

Oak Ridge: May 5th

Oakland: May 19th

Upton: May 14th

The Early Childhood Center is a family-friendly learning center with trained staff and unique opportunities for sharing and collaboration. Youngsters from 3 to 5 years of age participate in developmentally appropriate and individualized educational programs. The pre-school curriculum based on Early Childhood Standards of Quality, along with parent involvement provides a solid foundation for the future success of our students.
